Now that the weather has (FINALLY) changed, these are what you might want to wear when going out casually!
Over the last 3 weeks I've been to approximately 5 different places and here are just a few tips I've gotten on how to dress for those long cold days.
BUT FIRST, my opinion on dressing is that it brings for comfort, peace of mind, and fashion on the go!
Now on to the matter at hand.
Boots
Not only do they keep your legs and toesies warmer, they are much more comfortable than walking around with palms or heels. Splurging on Frye boots has been one of the best investments in shoes you can ever made. They always fit you like and you can wear them ALL DAY comfortably!
Wet Weather tip: If rain is on the forecast, make sure your boots have been waterproofed OR just switch to wearing some wellies with an extra pair of socks!

Wraps/Blanket Scarves
These are fantastic for those days when it’s still too warm for a coat while the sun is up, but it dips down into frigid territory once the sun goes down.

Leather Jackets
If would have noticed that we’re having a VERY mild fall so far. It’s been rainy and humid and warm and awful. But now that the temperatures are finally dipping,

Coats
Once it does get really really cold outside, dark wool coats, lined Face type jackets, or a lined trench will bring the absolute solution. You can also put on a native one made from
ankara material (from and Nigeria designer or
online store), its always look special and cute.
Fleece Lined Leggings
I will only be surprised if it’s below 55 degrees and you’re having a miserable time because you’re bare legged, Seriously. Fleece lined leggings are the best! They keep you warm, can be worn under a dress, and provide a little more jiggle coverage than normal leggings. Here are
